# Como alterar o plano de usuário na plataforma

**Passo a passo para trocar o plano de usuário:**

## Passo 1: Acesse a sua conta: Faça login no seu admin na plataforma com suas credenciais.

## Passo 2: Procure por **membros em controle**

## Passo 03: **Esteja com e-mail em mãos do usuário, clique no membro**

## Passo 04: **Acesse o card com as informações do cliente e a seção de planos**

**O plano do membro precisa estar ativo**&#x20;

## Passo 05: Clique nos 3 pontinhos e selecione TROCAR O PLANO

## Passo 06: **Agora abra o ''selecionar plano'' procure o plano que deseja**&#x20;

## Passo 07: Escolheu o plano? Agora é só aplicar o novo plano&#x20;

## Passo 08: **Confirme a alteração e espere o site sinalizar essa ação com a mensagem**
