## Entenda como o cliente final visualiza o seu suporte dentro da plataforma

## Passo 1: Procure por Controle no menu superior e clique em SUPORTE DA EMPRESA&#x20;

## Passo 2: Tenha o seu número em mãos

Exemplo: +55DDDnúmero

## Passo 3: Salve o número clicando em salvar&#x20;

Pronto, agora o seu número está vinculado caso o seu membro queira chamar você no suporte.

## **PROBLEMAS PARA LOGAR NA PLATAFORMA/ CÓDIGO DE ACESSO NO E-MAIL**

**1- Oque fazer se o código não está chegando no e-mail do membro?**

-Tente logar novamente na plataforma  verifique se eo e-mail não se encontra no Spam ou lixo eletrônico.

**2- O que fazer se o e-mail da marca estiver sendo visto como Spam?**

-É aconselhável alterar o e-mail na plataforma, acessando: Controle >> Empresa >> Suporte
